Lynne Geaney is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. She received her training from Liz Schulman here at O2 Living. From her personal practice, Lynne believes that the practice of yoga tones our minds as well as our bodies and that a strong physical practice can unlock powerful impacts on our mental wellbeing. As a teacher, she is committed to making those physical and mental benefits as accessible as possible! She teaches a varied vinyasa flow class which is strong but approachable, coupled with fun playlists and a focus on breath, alignment and philosophy.
