This 75 minute class lead by Deirdre Breen, is a fluid blend of breath awareness and yoga asana with a touch of meditation. Designed to increase resiliency, reduce stress and introduce Ayurvedic principles for personal empowerment and balance.

Some yoga experience suggested.
