I am so happy spring has arrived!
It’s the season of renewal and rebirth – not just for cleansing rain, buds turning to flowers and days growing gloriously longer. Spring is also a time for personal rebirth, and that can mean anything - or everything! – from commitment to a healthier lifestyle, to volunteering, to starting a practice that brings mindfulness to your life.
No matter what you do, having the support of friends is key. Isn’t it more fun to try something new with someone by your side?
That’s why, in the spirit of sisterhood, we’ve organized a Ladies Night Out on May 4th from 6:30 to 9:30 at the O2 Living Holistic Wellness Center, offering mini-sessions on yoga, guided imagery, reflexology, massage (of course!) and more. The idea is to embrace our female community, let everyone sample our resources in a relaxed, fun environment, and show newcomers what we’re all about.
There will be organic, cold-pressed Living Juice samples, wine, some healthy snacks on hand, and a Stella and Dot pop-up shop and boutique with discounts for Mother’s Day shoppers!
But most importantly, this is an opportunity to rejoice in the season, make new friends, meet your neighbors and maybe try something you’ve never tried before. No cost, so come and enjoy your friends and neighbors if you live in Westchester County.
I’ll leave you with a quote from George Bernard Shaw:
“Life isn’t about finding yourself. It’s about creating yourself.”
