3-Day Juice Cleanse

At 3 days, the body begins to expel toxins and heal itself. The 3 Day Juice Cleanse is a great starting point for people new to juice cleansing.

5-Day Juice Cleanse

At 5 days, the body has ample time to heal and detox itself. The 5 Day Juice Cleanse is best for people who have prior juice cleansing experience.

7-Day Juice Cleanse

After 7 days, the body has transitioned in to a stronger state of detoxification. The 7 Day Juice Cleanse is good for people who have prior experience with juice cleansing and are ready to take it to a new level.

If you are serious about a healthy lifestyle, you can start by giving your body the time, energy and nutrients to heal and detox. Whether as routine maintenance or a kick start to a new you, a juice cleanse or juice fast will help you achieve a better, cleaner body and a younger, brighter appearance.

A juice cleanse helps to detox the body while supplying a dramatic increase in vitamins, minerals and live enzymes.

In fact the Living juice cleanse increases energy, promotes self body healing, as well as aids in cancer recover. It also helps to prevent type 2 diabetes.

Two to three days prior to starting a juice cleanse, it is recommended that you begin to eliminate certain items from your diet. Removing such will provide you with the optimum effect from the cleanse experience:

  • Dairy
  • Flour
  • Caffeine
  • Sugar
  • Meat
  • Alcohol

Where this is not possible, we suggest you do this for at least 24 hours before beginning. 

This is your first step in your journey for a better, healthier life!


Each morning you begin your day with an 8 oz. glass of warm purified water with lemon or lime. This alkalizing effect on the body will help balance you for the start of your day.

Depending on your schedule, you should take your first juice anytime between 8am and 10am. Each drink should thereafter be spaced 2-3 hours apart.

Be sure to take in at least 64 oz. of water throughout the day; this will help keep you hydrated and also support the cleansing process. You may also add non-caffeinated herbal teas throughout the day.

During your cleanse, we recommend you follow a certain protocol to assist in the detoxification process. Certain natural supplements and attributes can be added to your daily schedule to help optimize the cleanse experience:

  • Proteolytic Enzymes: aids in the reduction of older proteins in the body as well as the breakdown of toxins- take 2X a day, once in morning and once at night.
  • Fasting Elixer: helps support the body’s main organs of elimination: lungs, skin, kidney and liver. Take 4 drops daily during cleanse.
  • Flower Essence: assists in balancing the emotions and easing the emotional detoxification. Take 4 drops daily before drinks.
  • Tongue Brushing should be done once in the morning and at night
  • Skin Brushing done once daily in circular motions from feet to heart
  • Test Urine pH every morning- an ideal pH is between 6.8 and 7
  • Daily enema to help clean the intestinal tract
  • Colonic Hydrotherapy to help remove excess toxins in the intestinal tract


When you come off of your cleanse or “break your fast,” we recommend that you start with something light and chew a lot! Keep in mind that you have essentially been starving your body for more than a day and you’ll need to slowly introduce food back in.

Remember those items you cut out prior to your cleanse? Well, you’ll want to continue to keep them away from you. Because you have jump-started your body on a healthy diet through removing toxins and putting vital vitamins and nutrients back in, your body is ready to continue with enzymatically live and nutrient rich foods!

After your cleanse, we also recommend that you continue to add certain natural supplements to assist in proper digestion:

  • Probiotic: helps with digestion- take 3x a day for 1 week after cleansing- continue regular use if preferred.
  • Digestive Enzymes: help breakdown starch, protein and fats- sprinkle ¼ teaspoon on food.
