Ingredients: 

  • 2 ripe avocados 
  • ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Cut up the avocados into small cubes, this will make blending easier. 
  2. In a blender combine all your ingredients; if you do not have a blender accessible to you, use a food processor. 
  3. Blend your ingredients until they are smooth and fully incorporated.
  4. Once blended, refrigerate the mixture for at least two hours, you should have a creamy consistency once ready, then serve and enjoy! 

Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all your ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth combined and pour into a container. 
  3. Refrigerate the pudding overnight. 
  4. Serve topped with shaved coconut, nuts, fresh fruit or even chocolate chips!

Frozen Yogurt Bark


Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups whole milk vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup diced strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup granola

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Pour the yogurt into the baking tray and spread evenly so it covers the entire sheet.
  3. Top with the strawberries, blueberries and granola.
  4. Place in the freezer for around 3 hours until the yogurt is firm.
  5. Cut the bark into even pieces and enjoy cold.
  6. If there are leftovers, just store them in the freezer. 

Banana Ice Cream


This creamy banana ice cream will quickly become your go-to dessert! It’s everything you want in ice cream, just completely natural and healthy. 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 ripe bananas 
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the bananas, then freeze them for 2-3 hours.
  2. Place the frozen bananas in a blender and blend until it has a smooth and creamy appearance. 
  3. Serve immediately topped with your favorite toppings; nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit. The choices are endless!
