When it comes to taking care of yourself, it should always be a priority in your life. I feel as if everyone should do at least one thing for their mind and one thing for their body a day to avoid overworking yourself. But, I know life gets busy and there are times where we don't have time to do some of these things. So, some of the things that can be a sign that you need to do some self care is, 

  • You feel like you're drained mentally and physically
  • You always feel tired, especially during the day 
  • You don’t feel like socializing with people
  • You constantly feel like you're getting sick easily
  • You don’t feel like exercising or bettering yourself

There are so many different things that you probably already have at your house or that you can grab at a convenient store that can help you mentally and physically.

  • Stay hydrated and drink tons of water
  • Get some sleep

  • Give your brain a rest - do something that rests your mind

Overall, these are some of the things that you can do to take care of yourself on a budget. Most of these things are free or under $20 dollars. Each day do one thing for your mind and one thing for your body to prevent draining yourself.
