Ingredients:Â
- 15 ounces of organic corn (about 5 ears of corn)Â
- 4 tbsp organic vegan mayonnaiseÂ
- 2 tbsp organic vegan soy yogurtÂ
- 2 organic green onions, stems finely choppedÂ
- Salt and pepper to tasteÂ
- 1 tsp mustardÂ
Recipe:Â
- Mix together all ingredients except organic corn and green onions.Â
- Add in corn and sliced onions.Â
