Roll-with-it Oats & Almond Energy Bites

Oat and almond energy bites - recipe by O2 Living makers of organic cold-pressed fruit and vegetable Living Juice

When you’re building healthier habits for the new year, having nourishing snacks ready to go can make all the difference. While it’s tempting to reach for a store-bought energy bar before the gym or as an afternoon snack, many packaged options are loaded with high-fructose corn syrup, refined sugars, and saturated fats that can leave you feeling sluggish instead of energized.

These no-bake oat & almond energy bites are a simple, homemade alternative. Made with whole ingredients like oats, almonds, dates, carob (or cocoa powder), and a touch of maple syrup, they offer natural sweetness along with fiber, healthy fats, and minerals like calcium, iron, and potassium. They’re gluten-free, easy to prep ahead, and designed to support steady energy throughout your day. Perfect for when you need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up or a quick bite before heading out the door!
