Jen Pignone's journey in the health and wellness world started in 2011 when she started working as a Spinning Instructor and Personal Trainer. She loves teaching people about health and fitness but most of all enjoys motivating people to be the best and healthiest versions of themselves. Jen fell in love with yoga in college and has been practicing ever since for the last 7 years. She believes that yoga can be accessible for any body and everyone can benefit from yoga on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Jen is an RYT 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. She studied under Michelle Bricks at Ohra Yoga. Join her class for an inspiring and uplifting experience!
