Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance while also relieving stress and enhancing relaxation. 

o2living offers a variety of Vinyasa, Hot Vinyasa, Restorative and Power Vinyasa classes in both of our yoga and infrared studios among others to bring the true living yoga experience to you.

Teacher Training 

This fall Liz Schulman will be offering a 200 hour yoga teacher training course. 

The Living Yoga Teacher Training programs explore the art and science of yoga. The primary mission of the training is to encourage the integration of the yoga path into everyday life-to embody the teachings of yoga. This training program is designed to be practical and relevant to today's yogi, while honoring the history and time honored traditions of yoga. The student will train in the vinyasa style with a deep respect and adherence to the alignment of Iyengar. With this combination comes the ability to teach an inspiring flow class safely and knowledgeably.

The 200 Hour Training Includes:
• Asana technique and alignment
• Teaching vinyasa
• Physical anatomy
• Subtle anatomy
• Pranayama
• Meditation
• Hands on assisting
• Sequencing
• Yoga philosophy and lifestyle
• Teaching methodology that helps students cultivate an authentic voice which honors personal experience as a valid teaching tool
