Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance while also relieving stress and enhancing relaxation. 

o2living offers a variety of Vinyasa, Hot Vinyasa, Restorative and Power Vinyasa classes in both of our yoga and infrared studios among others to bring the true living yoga experience to you.

Accessible to everyone, Reiki is a powerful technique that transmits universal life healing energy through a trained facilitator by physical touch or mental intention. Reiki healing is all encompassing since life-force energy exists in all living things. The most common impact of Reiki is the overall sense of well-being resulting from the flow of the universal life-force either from self application or as a recipient.

At o2living, Reiki training is not only an event, it is a process.  In our commitment to provide the most comprehensive and distinguished Reiki training Program, each course fee includes a three-week post training follow-up that allows time for the full integration of the training to manifest.  During this session certificates are awarded and graduates have an opportunity to share their experiences and receive deeper understanding of Reiki energy. 

Many students are satisfied at achieving the First Degree.  Most choose to progress through the curriculum, and some pursue mastery. It is important to state that each level of Reiki is whole and complete and moving to other levels is an option based on individual needs and interests.
