Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance while also relieving stress and enhancing relaxation. 

O2 Living offers a variety of Vinyasa, Hot Vinyasa, Restorative and Power Vinyasa classes in both of our yoga and infrared studios among others to bring the true living yoga experience to you.
