The current pandemic has thrown a wrench in all of our lives. At Living Juice, we're all trying to maintain some normalcy, boost our mood (and endorphins) and manage our stress. One way we're doing this is at-home workouts! We've listed some of our favorites below.
O2 Living Yogi Allison is hosting Zoom and YouTube yoga classes, so we can continue to go with the flow! Our O2 Living yoga studio headquarters may be closed, but you can still join us for your yoga practice.

Karena and Katrina, two trainers based out of California, have created a wonderful online (and often in-person) community of women with their weekly workouts and specialized programs.
