Vegan Oatmeal Banana Pancakes Recipe

Are you a sweet tooth who loves breakfast food? Pancakes are the perfect fit. You can put anything in them and they always turn out delicious! Here is a vegan oatmeal banana pancake recipe to keep you fulfilled while using healthy ingredients:

Serving size: 6 pancakes 


-1 cup of gluten-free rolled oats

-½ cup of almond milk

-2 tablespoons of maple syrup

-1 ripe banana 

-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

-1 teaspoon of baking powder

-¼ teaspoon of salt

-coconut oil (for cooking)

-maple syrup or fresh fruit to top 


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender (oats, almond milk, maple syrup, banana, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt) Blend until smooth.
  2. Over medium heat, apply the coconut oil to a non-stick skillet or griddle.  
  3. Add batter once the pan is hot and cook until edges are golden brown (2-3 minutes) then flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until your batter is finished. 
  4. Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
