Ingredients
- 1 cup of gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ cup of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 ripe bananaÂ
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- coconut oil (for cooking)

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender (oats, almond milk, maple syrup, banana, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt) Blend until smooth.
- Over medium heat, apply the coconut oil to a non-stick skillet or griddle. Â
- Add batter once the pan is hot and cook until edges are golden brown (2-3 minutes) then flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until your batter is finished.Â
