Toasted Almonds with Rosemary and Orange Zest


 

Short Description:

An Hors d'oeuvres perfect for Thanksgiving day
* Feel free to use your nut of choice, pecans or walnuts will work well too.

Recipe:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and orange juice.
  2. Pour mixture over almonds and stir until nuts are fully coated.
  3. Add zest and rosemary, mix well

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almonds (toasted at 350˚ for 5-10 minutes)
  • 1.5 tbs fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
