This February we're exploring heart healthy fruits and vegetables. One of our favorites is asparagus! Asparagus is great source of Vitamin K, which helps blood clot. Additionally, asparagus is good source of soluble fiber, which can help lower your risk of heart disease. This dish is fast and easy to make, plus it's delicious!   • 1/2 bunch organic asparagus 
  • Extra virgin olive oil, in a mist 
  • Organic Himalayan salt and pepper for taste
  • 1/2 Organic lemon, for juice


  1. Wash and trim the asparagus by cutting off the bottom two inches. 
  2. Lightly coat the asparagus with the olive oil. Toss in salt and pepper. 
  3. Place asparagus in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 400°. After 5 minutes, shake the asparagus in the basket and resume cooking. 
  4. Serve the asparagus with the juice of half a lemon. Enjoy!
