Chia Seed Vegan Egg Replacement

1 tablespoon organic chia seeds

3 tablespoons water


1. Mix together the chia seeds and the water. 

2. Let sit for about 10-15 minutes, until the chia seed and water mixture has a gelatinous texture that is similar to an egg white. 

3. Use this mixture to replace 1 egg in any recipes for baking.
