Ingredients:
- 1 shredded organic carrotÂ
- 1 can of organic chickpeas
- 2 stalks organic celeryÂ
- 1/3 of a small apple (preferably green)Â
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup organic kale
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 2-3 Â tablespoons of dijonÂ
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlicÂ
- 1/2 of an organic lemon, juicedÂ
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
Mash chickpeas until blended, but not until smooth.Â
Put chickpeas into a larger bowl, add other ingredients and mix together.Â
