For the entire month of May, we have been featuring recipes with fruits and vegetables to promote healthy brain functioning and mental health. This week we have a healthy and delicious treat for summer! Packed with kale, an excellent source of omega 3 and vitamin B, this yummy popsicle will keep you cool and help boost your mood! 

Ingredients: 

1-2 organic bananas 

12 oz. organic, cold-pressed Pineapple Punch by Living Juice 

 

Recipe: 

 1. In a blender, blend organic bananas and Pineapple Punch until fully blended but thick. 

2. Fill popsicle molds or trays with the mixture. Freeze until completely solid and frozen. Enjoy!
