Spring Green Detox Smoothie Recipe
Serves: 1–2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or almond milk (opt for almond milk if you prefer a thicker smoothie)
- 1 cup fresh organic spinach
- 1/2 frozen organic banana
- 1/2 cup frozen organic pineapple
- 1/2 green apple, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Ice, as desired
Recipe:
- Add coconut water or almond milk to a blender.
- Add spinach, banana, pineapple, green apple, lemon juice, ginger, and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice if desired and blend again until chilled.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
