Ingredients:Â
- 4 large overly ripe bananas
- 2 chia seed eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of organic flourÂ
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powderÂ
- 1 tbsp organic cinnamonÂ
- 1/2 tsp saltÂ
- 1/2 cup brown sugarÂ
- 1/3 cup avocado oil (or another organic neutral oil)Â
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Recipe:Â
- Preheat oven to 350° F.Â
- Prepare chia seed eggs (set to side to thicken)
- Mix together all dry ingredients except brown sugar.Â
- Mix together all wet ingredients, brown sugar and bananas. Mash bananas and mix together until creamy.Â
- Mix together dry ingredients and banana mash until fully integrated in a thick dough. Â
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.Â
- Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing and enjoy!Â
