Coconut Vanilla Vegan Matcha Milkshake

Looking for the perfect treat for the summer weather? This vegan matcha milkshake is great for a healthy indulgence on a hot day! Feel free to play around with this recipe, you can easily add a protein powder of your choice or try adding different greens instead of spinach. 


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup coconut milk or cream, depending on the consistency you would like!
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of ice 
  • Scoop of your favorite protein powder (optional)
  • Coconut flakes (topping)


Using a high powered blender, blend all ingredients together into a smooth consistency. Serve with some sprinkles of coconut flakes and matcha! Enjoy!
