Recipe:
- Slice organic onions and place in a medium pot
- Add vinegar, sugar and oil- bring to a simmer for 2 minutes
- Slice grapes & cucumber, reserve on side
- Pour hot vinegar mix over organic cucumbers & grapes
- Refrigerate for 1/2 hour
- Add sesame sprouts & seeds
- Season with salt to taste
Ingredients:
- 3 organic English Cucumbers, peel in stripes
- 1 medium organic red onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup brown rice vinegar
- 2Â tbsp. raw agave or organic sugar
- 1/2 bunch organic red or concord grapes, sliced
- 1/2 cup sunflower sprouts
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- Salt to taste
