Organic confetti kale

This healthy and delicious recipe is a variation on the everyday sauteed kale! This recipe serves 4-6 and makes the perfect side dish for your dinner. Feel free to add garlic and onion or chopped almonds for a crunch! We like to pair this with our tangy, organic Fresh Start cold-pressed Living Juice featuring organic lemon, ginger and apples! 


  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil and sauté the kale on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Mix in the corn, bell peppers, salt and black pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.


  • 3 bunches of organic kale, chopped
  • 2 tbs. olive oil,
  • 3/4 cup corn kernels,
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers,
  • 1/2 tsp. salt,
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
