A nutritious breakfast that can be prepared the night before- saving you precious time in the morning as well as a less than ideal to-go option. When soaked, chia seed forms a gel- creating a pudding like consistency. Use any liquid you like- this recipe is extremely versatile! Recipe:
Combine all ingredients, stir until all are fully incorporated. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup almond milk (or coconut, oat, hemp, etc.)
- 2 tbs chia seed
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional)
- 1 tb raisins or goji berries

- Fresh/ dried
- Nuts
- Seeds
- Shredded coconut
