Crispy, Vegan Chickpeas

Chickpeas are a perfect quick snack - especially when they are crisped in the Air Fryer! A great healthy alternative to chips and a way to get your chickpeas that isn't hummus, these crispy chickpeas pair well with any Living Juice for a yummy, healthy snack on the go. This recipe has plenty of room for growth and you can add different spices to change the flavor of your chickpeas. Start with the basics (salt and pepper) and add flavor to your heart's desire! 


  • 1 can of Organic Chickpeas 
  • 2 tsp Olive oil (or any other type of oil as your preference) 
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Pre-heat Air Fryer to 390 F. 
  2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas. 
  3. Toss the chickpeas in the olive oil, salt and pepper. Add any spices to this mix. 
  4. Cook the chickpeas in the Air Fryer basket for 8-10 minutes or until the chickpeas are crisped to your desire. Shake the basket half way through the cooking to ensure even crisping. 
  5. Enjoy immediately or store in an open container!
