Everybody has a soft spot for nutella. By making it at home you can enjoy a healthier version without the guilt, but with the same great taste! Pair this sweet treat with a tangy Fresh Start, Living Juice's organic cold-pressed lemon, ginger and apple juice!
- 1 1/2 cups plain, unsalted organic hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup dark organic chocolate
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roast the hazelnuts for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Place hazelnuts into a blender until they are finely ground.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl with the coconut milk, maple syrup and salt.
Pour the melted chocolate into the blender with the hazelnuts. Mix together until a creamy consistency has been achieved.
