Put the water, tomatoes and spices in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Then add the onion, peppers and celery. Mix and serve raw.

4 cups tomatoes,
1 cup each red and yellow peppers diced,
1/2 cup diced onion,
1/2 cup diced celery,
1 tbsp chili powder,
1/2 tbsp cumin
