Granola bars were a great choice for busy days, until we found out most of them were sugar-and-additive packed cookies disguised health food. Fuel up instead on no-bake bites that make a tasty snack or grab-and-go breakfast.
- 2 cups pitted whole organic dates
- 1 cup raw, organic cashews
- 1 cup dried organic fruit, like apricots, cherries or peaches
- ¼ tspn salt
- In food processor, blend cashews, fruit and salt. Form into balls (2 tbspns each).
- Cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
