It's-A-Date Energy Bites

Granola bars were a great choice for busy days, until we found out most of them were sugar-and-additive packed cookies disguised health food. Fuel up instead on no-bake bites that make a tasty snack or grab-and-go breakfast. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pitted whole organic dates
  • 1 cup raw, organic cashews
  • 1 cup dried organic fruit, like apricots, cherries or peaches
  • ¼ tspn salt

Recipe

  1. In food processor, blend cashews, fruit and salt. Form into balls (2 tbspns each).
  2. Cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
