  • 1 cup organic lentils, rinsed and drained
  • 4 cups organic vegetable broth
  • 1 organic onion, chopped
  • 2 organic carrots, chopped
  • 2 organic celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 organic red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 organic garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon organic olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon organic cumin
  • 1 teaspoon organic smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon organic turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Organic fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)


  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and red bell pepper, and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
