For the second year in a row, Spotify has released its most played workout songs by users of the music streaming app. At Living Juice, we're trying to keep up with our New Year's Resolutions to stay healthy and active, we're going to give these songs a try!

Eminem, popular both globally and in the US, has the most streamed song for two years running for workouts with "Till I Collapse." Kendrick Lamar and Post Malone also made both lists, with "Humble" and "rockstar," respectively.
Included in the report, Spotify stated that there are over 25 million workout playlists created by users. Additionally, the international cities with the most workout playlists were listed with Oslo, Norway winning first, followed by Miami, Washington, D.C. and London.
The music streaming company also reported that workout music streaming is at its highest between January 1st and February 14th, dropping off right after Valentine's Day. This year, join us in making a new workout playlist and keep up with those resolutions past Valentine's Day!
