This is a recipe for a vegan, heart healthy and delicious kale salad! Complete with blueberries and avocados and massage with green tea, this kale salad makes a tasty and quick lunch or dinner!

Recipe:
- Clean kale and rough chop into large bowl
- Process half of avocados and blueberries
- Add processed avocados and berries to the kale
- Add walnuts, shredded carrots, lemon juice and zest
- Brew green tea for 2 minutes and pour over the kale and mix vigorously with tongs or hands
- Top with other half of blueberries and diced avocados
- Season with salt and flax oil
Ingredients:
- 3 bunches of curly kale. Remove large veins wash and rough chop
- 4 Avocados (2) mashed (2) medium to large dice
- 1/5 cup flax oil
- 2 pints blueberries
- 2 carrots peel and shred
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 3/4 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 cup hot green tea
- Salt to taste - Sea, Celtic, or Himalayan recommended
